These Terms of Service apply to ALFONS Publisher, an internal desktop application used by the Světlonoši creator team.

1. Intended use

ALFONS Publisher is intended to assist authorized Světlonoši team members with preparation, scheduling, publication and review of their own media content.

2. Account authorization

Users may connect only accounts they are authorized to manage. By connecting an account, the user confirms that they have permission to use that account and to publish content through it.

3. Content responsibility

The user remains responsible for all content prepared, scheduled or published through ALFONS Publisher and must comply with applicable laws, copyright rules and the terms and community guidelines of connected platforms.

4. Platform availability

Publishing and analytics features depend on third-party APIs. Features may become unavailable or change when a platform modifies its API, permissions or policies.

5. No warranty

The application is provided for the internal workflow of the Světlonoši creator team. It is provided without any guarantee that third-party platform services will always be available or error-free.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as ALFONS Publisher or connected services change. The current version will be published on this page.
