This Privacy Policy describes how the Světlonoši creator team handles data in connection with ALFONS Publisher, an internal desktop application used for content management, scheduling and publishing.

1. Data processed

ALFONS Publisher may process account identifiers, profile information, authorization tokens, video metadata, publication status and performance information made available by connected social media platforms.

2. Purpose of processing

Data is processed only to provide requested functionality such as connecting an account, displaying authorized account information, preparing content, scheduling publications, publishing content and displaying available performance information.

3. Authentication credentials

Access and refresh tokens are stored locally on the authorized Windows computer. They are not intentionally published or shared with unrelated third parties. Platform credentials are used only to communicate with the corresponding platform APIs.

4. Third-party services

ALFONS Publisher may connect to third-party platforms such as TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. Use of those services is also subject to the privacy policies and terms of the respective platforms.

5. Retention and deletion

Locally stored connection data may be removed when an account is disconnected or when the application data is deleted from the authorized computer. Requests relating to data associated with the Světlonoši team can be made using the contact information published on the Světlonoši website or social profiles.

6. Security

Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect locally stored authorization data. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated when the application or connected services change. The latest version will be published on this page.
